Mireia and Ainoa in Dudley (UK)

Hello everyone!

We are Mireia Montero and Ainoa Navarro, we are 18 years old and we are from a little town from Valencia. Right now we’re in United Kingdom, in a town next to Birmingham called Dudley working as a volunteer in the organisation High Oak Youth and Community Centre. Our main activities are youth clubs, with kids from 5 to 17 years old, soup kitchens and food banks. Also we do another activities, like working on Hawbush Gardens, bike clubs, walks and talks etc…

We are really enjoying this project, surrounded about a lot of kind and cool people, learning a lot about british culture and as well other cultures from the other volunteers who are working with me (germany, turkey, austria). Is a very good experience to know better yourself as well, know your weaknesses and your strengths. what you like to enjoy in your free time.
