Another Month with Travels, Meetings and Reflections, August

At the beginning of this month, my brother from Poland visited me. I felt like a tourist in the city again as we went around visiting places. I appreciated that he came to see me after a very long time. We spent some time together in Madrid and Valencia. He also visited me in Silla, where we were lucky enough to catch the local festivities.

This month, one of my dreams finally came true. I had the opportunity to visit one of the Baltic countries for the first time in my life. I went to Lithuania for an Erasmus+ training course, which was about developing ‘Tiny Habits’ to include sports in our daily lives. There were different partners from Skopje, Poland, Lithuania, and Turkey. I already had friends from Poland from previous Erasmus events, so it felt like a big Erasmus+ reunion, reminding me of all the good sides of Erasmus life.

Besides the visits, travels, and meetings, this month was also full of personal reflection. I started thinking about what I want to do in the next chapter of my life. I realize that if I don’t start planning now, it will only become more challenging in the coming months of my volunteering journey.
