А good start to the year

January started well—with my family, a positive mindset, motivation, and inspiration to grow and achieve goals. At the beginning of the year, we had a meeting with the Amics team, where we visited an interesting place, El Belén de Roca – Meliana. After that, we went for lunch together, had a great time playing board games, and enjoyed chatting. Work at the youth center continues, and we have a new activity—acting classes, in which I also participate. To be honest, I don’t always feel confident, but I try to do my best, and overall, I enjoy taking part in this workshop. Among the interesting new tasks I worked on, I wrote two posts about violencia de género for publication on Amics Facebook page. I also created a poster for a charla de sexualitat for an upcoming event. I really enjoyed it—it was a great opportunity to be creative.

Recently, I also attended a conference in Valencia dedicated to the Erasmus+ program, where I was a speaker. I shared my experience working at the youth center in Quart de Poblet and my life in Spain. I absolutely loved it—it was a fascinating experience. I learned a lot of new and interesting information, met new people, and got a boost of positive energy. This event gave me a lot of motivation and inspiration. I would like to attend similar events in the future. Overall, if I sum up this month, I’m happy to be surrounded by good, light, positive  people.
