March-April

The past few weeks have been full of exciting and new experiences. My friends and I went many times to Valencia to experience “Las Fallas” – it was absolutely wild! We saw so many different figures and sculptures, each one more spectacular than the last. The whole atmosphere was incredible.

Later, I went to “La Cremà” with my roommate. The moment when the giant figures are burned. It was such a fascinating experience, especially because I wasn’t familiar with the tradition at all. Seeing it all for the first time made it even more exciting.

A week after that, I flew to Vienna for my university entrance exam. That week was quite stressful, with a lot to do and prepare. After a week in Vienna, I returned to Spain and quickly settled back into my daily routine.

Luckily, the weather has improved a lot since the festivities. During the celebrations it rained quite a bit, which wasn’t ideal, but now you can really feel that spring has arrived.
