First month in Puerto

I can’t believe it’s already been nearly two months I have been here! It was already a super nice time that has passed. There were my first days at the casal jove, discovering Puerto de Sagunto and a little bit of Valencia, the first big event of casal jove: halloween. I didn’t know that halloween would be so big here but there were a lot of people, children with their parents all in terrific disfraces, it was a lot of fun.

Around the day of the Valencian Community, I went to the medieval market in Sagunto. It fitted very well the Old town. It was a really nice experience with a lot of nice stands.

One of the amazing things here are the people. They are immediately very open and make you feel super welcomed! Another amazing thing is to have a very nice location, I have the beach a few steps from the apartment I share with my also amazing roommate. We will start doing workshops, one of baking and one of english conversation, with the children soon, which I’m very excited to do.
