March
Las Fallas really surprised me, it was incredible! It is an enormous traditional event that stretches to almost an entire month. Next to the Cridá, the plantá, the ofrenda, the cremá, a lot of things are happening! It was amazing to go into the city and to see the people outside dressed in the traditional dresses and suits, see the fallas monuments all standing high in the middle of the streets, very beautiful. Luckily, this year it didn’t rain despite the bad luck Valencia has to have rainy Fallas.
Next to the lots of things we could see, we could eat very well too. Churros stands were around every corner. Buñuelos, a traditional sweet for Fallas could be bought too.

Work continued as usual and my baking workshop in the casal in Sagunto comes to an end.
