THE MONTH OF FALLAS

The month of Las Fallas in Valencia was truly incredible. Getting to know a new tradition and having the opportunity to experience it closely, immersing myself in the local customs, was a unique and very engaging experience. I was able to see firsthand how important this celebration is for the local community and how it brings together art, culture, and participation.

Within the project, I mainly took care of the creative part, collaborating in the construction of a small float using recycled materials. It was a stimulating experience that allowed me to work closely with the other volunteers: together we managed to collaborate effectively, sharing advice, ideas, and supporting each other throughout the entire creative process. In the end, we were able to carry out a meaningful project, created together with the users of the cooperative, which successfully highlighted and represented their thoughts and creativity.

Afterwards, I spent part of the month exploring the areas around Valencia, discovering small trekking routes and visiting places surrounded by nature near the city. It was a pleasant way to relax, explore new landscapes, and appreciate even more the beauty of the Valencian territory.
